This report informed the viewer of all the information they needed from one of the most important debates in union policy in the last 3 years. It focuses on the debate about whether York should remain part of the NUS, and also includes the other important motions in the Union General Meeting (UGM). The external interviews were filmed during the day before the evening debate. All footage was immediately captured and edited after the end of the meeting, with the report going online the same night. The quick turnaround meant the report was online before voting opened, and before both other student newspaper articles. Consequently, the report was the primary source of information for students that wanted to know what happened. This video now has 348 hits to date.
