Best Interview: Josie Long

Josie Long is an English stand-up comedian, with appearances on various television programmes including Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 out of 10 Cats, The Bubble, You Have Been Watching and The Jon Richardson Show. The interview took place in York City Screen’s ‘The Basement’ during the break of her stand up gig on Sunday 7th February and was conducted by YUSU Comedy Soc’s Rosie Fletcher. The interview had an interesting twist whereby Josie had to pick her questions from fairy cakes that Comedy Soc had made earlier that day. It was well researched and asked unusual questions – for example quizzing Josie about her love of Boggle and which fictional characters should join Twitter.
