Description: YSTV's look at the colleges at the University of York available to new students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, in August 2012. Featuring typical rooms in each college, to help you decide on your accommodation and college membership.
Can't remember what Vanbrugh College was like from the open day? Don't know what a room in Derwent D Block looks like since it was refurbished? It's all here in this film.

Thank you so much for this video! One piece of constructive criticism, though: the audio mix was a bit unbalanced, by which I mean that the music did drown out the narration at certain points. Otherwise, great work!

Fabulous, well done YSTV! This is really helpful. Langwith looks amazing and I am really looking forward to meeting everyone who applies for Langwith in October.

You get to choose your college? Back in my day I was told I was in Goodricke!! Fascinating insight for someone who left in 1982....

Thanks for the comments everyone, I'm glad you find it useful! Sam: it's very new - I filmed Langwith three hours after the contractor had officially handed the site over to the University. But as you can see, it's all finished and ready in time for the new term.

Very impressed with this, hopefully everyone joining us in October 2012 will get a chance to see this and it will help in making sometimes tricky decisions. New Langwith is looking very nice, I particularly like that its so new, everything still has the plastic wrap on it!
